We are a group of leadership development professionals experienced in business, education, leadership and organizational development. Individually, each of us brings different perspectives but together we share a common thread of helping others be courageous in their leadership, lives and relationships. We know how transformative it can be when women are fully centered in their authentic selves and leadership. And we also know the power of community. Having a supportive group championing you can mean the difference between playing big or playing small. We look forward to creating a powerful learning community with you and seeing what exciting results emerge.
THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
MEET THE COACHES
LAURA L KING, MBA, MA, ACC
I help individuals contribute, collaborate and work more successfully by encouraging them to understand and harness their strengths. Known for asking powerful questions and reflecting hard truths, I support leaders – at every level of the organization – as they discover their authentic voice, advance their ideas, and build more effective teams. As an ICF certified coach and facilitator, I use curiosity, pragmatism, humor and creativity to generate innovative processes that inspire people to think differently and be bolder in their approaches to solving problems. With my experience in business management, corporate communications, and leadership development, companies have looked to me to turn around underperforming teams – from marketing to public relations to employee engagement – working with them to build trust, collaboration, effective processes, and a shared sense of mission. I have an MBA, an MA in Leadership and Organizations Development and a BS in Psychology. I am an accredited and licensed practitioner of the Leadership CircleProfile™ 360-degree assessment tool and Insights Discovery™.
Passion: To help organizations and their leaders achieve more by getting the best out of themselves.
Purpose: To create better places to work so that there is a better world in which to work.
